One footage replacement

If the original footage cannot be reliably reviewed, you may receive one replacement opportunity. Submit it within 14 days of authorization. This is for unusable original footage, not a second review after feedback.

After delivery, you may ask one clarification question to understand and apply the review. It does not include new footage review or another full assessment.

Submission window

Submit within 60 days

Your order expires if no complete submission is received within 60 days. Exceptions and support issues are handled manually at support@streetliftinguniversity.com.

FAQ

Before You Submit.

Which lifts can I submit?

You can submit one Bar Muscle-Up, Pull-Up, Chin-Up, Dip, or Squat.

How heavy should the rep be?

Use a representative, safe working load, generally around RPE 6–8. The rep should reflect your normal technique without requiring a maximal attempt.

Do I need a Google account?

Yes. Google sign-in is required to upload video through the private submission form.

What if my footage cannot be reviewed?

If the original footage is unusable, you may be authorized for one replacement opportunity. The replacement must be submitted within 14 days of authorization.

How fast will I get my review?

Turnaround is 2–3 business days after complete, reviewable footage is received. The service window does not begin at purchase.

Can I send another video after feedback?

No. The Form Check covers one submitted lift assessment. You may ask one clarification question within 7 days, but it does not include new footage or another full review.

What if I have an upcoming meet?

Submit as early as possible. Turnaround cannot be guaranteed outside the stated 2–3 business day service window. For a timing concern, contact support@streetliftinguniversity.com.
